My clients can expect a studied and holistic approach to health in sessions with me. We use strength and physical therapy practices to become pain free individuals with no limitations. We then focus on functional strength, heart health, wholesome nutrition, and overall wellness.

I draw upon my background in Yoga (200hr RYT Certified), CrossFit and Adaptive Training (L1 and Adapted Certified), Weightlifting and Physical Therapy to create the best personal plans for my clients. There is nobody too young, too old, or too broken to move their bodies joyously.
